Killer Core Cardio

60 minute class of high intensity interval training (HIIT). You give all out 100% effort through intense bursts of exercise followed by short active recovery periods. HIIT gets and keeps your heart rate up and burns more fat in less time. Functional bodyweight movements, core and running. This is a full body workout that will get you FIT and healthy. Burn up to 1000 calories in an hour. (Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced class)

Killer Kettlebells

60 minute class using a weight that looks like a cast-iron cannonball with a handle on top. They come in a variety of different weights. This is a cardio, strength, full body and core workout. You will be burning fat, toning, building lean muscle, increasing strength and stamina. Burn up to 600 calories in an hour. (The KB weight is based on your fitness level. Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced)


60 minute class. A circuit training class that mixes body weight exercises with cardio and strength training. Workouts will consist of plyometric, cardio, strength and obstacles with a variety of strength equipment. (Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced)

Obstacle Course FIT

OCR Fit 60 minute class. An obstacle course race simulation or WOD (Work Out of the Day) designed to help you prepare for a race. You will perform obstacles, strength or functional movements followed by running. This class is designed to help you improve as an athlete. (Intermediate, Advanced, Elite)

Obstacle Course Bootcamp

60 minute class. A circuit training class that focuses on preparing you for obstacle course racing or getting FIT. We focus on strength, grip, obstacles, endurance and running. Workouts will consist of plyometric, body weight, obstacle training and technique. This class is for all levels of fitness (Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced)

Step and Tone class

60 minute class. A high energy full body workout that will tone your upper and lower body. You will step up, down and around the stepper combined with bands and weights to get you the results.
